    Installing ScreenKite

    Download

ScreenKite is a native macOS application. Download the latest version from screenkite.com/download.

    Install

Open the downloaded file and drag ScreenKite into your Applications folder, or double-click to launch directly.

    First Launch

On first launch, ScreenKite will guide you through an onboarding flow to set up the required macOS permissions (Screen Recording, and optionally Microphone, Camera, and Accessibility). See Setting Up Permissions for details.

    Automatic Updates

ScreenKite uses the Sparkle framework for automatic updates. You can choose between Stable and Beta update channels in Settings → General. Updates are checked automatically on every launch.

The update feeds are served from downloads.screenkite.com, and delta updates keep downloads small.

    ✅

You can switch to the Beta channel to get early access to new features. Go to Settings → General → Update Channel.
