    Native Swift and Metal

    One codebase for macOS only, on the hardware encoder. That is where the 1:10 export comes from.

    Transcription on your Mac

    WhisperKit runs on Apple Silicon. Your audio does not leave the Mac unless you turn on cloud transcription.

    Recording and editing are free. Export with a watermark at no charge. Pro is one payment of $79.99 for 3 Macs, $99.99 later. Not a subscription.

    How is ScreenKite faster than Screen Studio?

    ScreenKite is native Swift on macOS and exports on the hardware encoder. The same 2-minute 4K clip exports in 1:10 against 3:40.

    Do I pay for AI?

    No. ScreenKite exposes its editor to the agents you already use — Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi. Usage is billed to your own plan; we never charge an AI fee.

    What Mac do I need?

    macOS 15 and later on Intel and Apple Silicon. On-device WhisperKit transcription needs Apple Silicon. Intel Macs use ElevenLabs cloud transcription.

    Is my data private?

    Recordings and edits stay local on your Mac unless you share them. Optional cloud transcription and AI providers receive only what the feature you start needs.
