Editor Settings
ScreenKite's editor settings let you tune how the project editor looks and feels while you work. Open them from the menu bar: ScreenKite → Settings → Editor.
Editor Interaction
The Editor Interaction section controls how the timeline and inspector controls behave.
| Toggle | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Enable multi-frame previews | Off | Displays a filmstrip of video frames on timeline clips. Uses more memory and may impact performance. |
| Enable slider haptic feedback | On | Vibrates supported trackpads when dragging editor inspector sliders. |
PilotCut: Editor Tab
PilotCut exposes the same Enable slider haptic feedback toggle under PilotCut → Settings → Editor (the tab with the sliders icon).
The toggle works identically — haptic pulses fire on the Force Touch trackpad as you drag any inspector slider across a stepped value.
