The UI take is fine. The mic take is not. Or you recorded silent UI and want a proper voiceover later. Or you need to strip system audio from one segment without muting the whole video.

Short answer
Download the Loom as MP4 (or re-record in ScreenKite), then place, mute, or replace audio on ScreenKite’s multi-track timeline and export once.
Treat Loom output as media, then finish where real tracks exist.
