Affiliate Terms

1. How it works

These terms apply to Creators in the ScreenKite affiliate program. You promote ScreenKite through your personal link and code. Referrals use a 90-day window, and the last click wins. ScreenKite sells the software and collects all payments. The Creator never takes payment or resells licenses.

2. Commission

Your Commission is a percentage of net revenue. Net revenue is the amount paid, minus sales tax or VAT we collect, minus that Order's actual payment processor (Stripe) fee, minus refunds and chargebacks. Commission is rounded down to the cent for each Order. Your commission rate and any audience discount are shown in your Creator dashboard.

Any Audience Discount is taken from the Commission available to you. Only one discount can apply to an Order. Discounts do not stack.

3. Payment

Commission is locked for 30 days after each Order. We pay monthly through PayPal or Wise, at your choice, with a minimum payout of $100. A smaller balance carries over to the next payout. Refunds and chargebacks after a payout are deducted from your next payout.

You are responsible for ensuring your chosen payment method can receive money. If it cannot, we retain your balance until you provide a working method. You pay your own taxes and fees.

4. Program rules

Clearly disclose ads and your affiliate relationship, including #ad where appropriate, and follow applicable advertising rules, including FTC disclosure requirements. Do not make false claims. Brand-term search ads, coupon sites, spam, and self-purchases are prohibited. You may use the ScreenKite brand only to promote ScreenKite. We may withhold Commission for fraud or breaches of these rules.

5. Licenses

We may give you a time-limited license to review ScreenKite. Giveaway licenses are not included unless we agree in writing.

6. General terms

Either side may end this relationship at any time by email. Valid earlier Orders still earn Commission and will be paid under these terms. We may update these terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Changes to your commission rate receive 30 days' email notice and apply only to new Orders.

You act as an independent contractor. Our liability is limited to unpaid earned Commissions. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, or, if you choose in writing before a claim starts, arbitration at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
