About Us

When we started our own business, we learned that building a product is hard—design, development, everything. But the hardest part for us was showing our work. We needed to record our screen to explain our ideas, show new features, and share updates with our users. This was how people would understand our product and why they might try it.

We tried many tools, but most were too expensive, too slow, or too heavy. Exporting took too long, and we needed to record and share videos fast because our product was always changing. We had to make many short videos every week: product demos, feature explanations, and even small tutorials about our thoughts in tech and software.

So we decided to build the tool we needed. A fast, simple screen recording app that helps creators, teachers, founders, and anyone who needs to show their work. It works for product demos, lessons, tutorials, or any time you need to explain something on your screen.

We created ScreenKite for our own work, and now it's here for anyone who needs a fast way to explain their ideas.
